<document>IN THE WARREN COUNTY COURT LEBANON, OHIOSTATE OF OHIO PLAINTIFFCASE NO.VSENTRY TO RELOCATE SEIZED VEHICLE DEFENDANTThis cause came on for hearing upon Defendant's Motion to Move a SEIZED Vehicle described below to pending disposition of the above captioned case. The vehicle shall be relocated from its current location to the location shown below by a valid licensed driver who must be in compliance with the Financial Responsibility Laws of the State of Ohio. The license plates currently held by shall be released to the vehicle owner for the purpose of relocating the vehicle. The vehicle shall be released to the owner upon payment of towing and storage charges, if any. The vehicle shall be parked at the address shown below, and the plates shall be removed from the vehicle by the owner and the "Club" properly installed on the steering wheel. Both the license plates and all keys to the "Club" shall be delivered to the Bailiff within 12 hours. Further, if the vehicle is moved, driven or not found at the given location for IMMOBILIZATION by the Bailiff or local police department, said vehicle shall be subject to FORFEITURE.
