The parties hereby stipulate that: 1.) Signing this memorandum constitutes entry of judgment/order in this case; 2.) This memorandum is enforceable by the court; 3.) The judgment/order may be signed out of session, term ane county; 4.) Further signatures of the parties and their attorneys are not necessary; 5.) The attorneys will be released as attorneys of record upon the signing of the judgment/order. Prior to accepting the stipulated agreement of the parties, the undersigned judge made careful inquiry of the parties with regards to the voluntary nature of their agreement and their understanding thereof; that the court explained to the parties the legal effect of their stipulations and agreements; that the court determined that the parties understood the legal effect and terms of the agreements and stipulations, agreed that said terms accurately reflected their agreement, and agreed to abide by said terms of their own free wills.
