3.8(f) TAPE RECORDING - TRANSCRIPT CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: This transcript is not admitted and will not be admitted into evidence. The evidence is what is on the tape recording. If there is a conflict between what the transcript says and what you hear the tape says, the evidence is the tape, not the transcript and if you hear a conflict, what is on the tape is what the evidence is. OR As you have heard, Exhibit ____, has been identified as a typewritten transcript [ and partial translation from Spanish into English] of the oral conversation which can be heard on the tape recording received in evidence as Exhibit ____.
