IN THE GENERAL SESSIONS CRIMINAL COURT SHELBY COUNTY, TENNESSEE DIVISION XIV COUNTY OF SHELBY VS DOCKET NO. DEFENDANT CONSENT ORDER OF DRIVING PROBATION By consent of the State and the Defendant Traffic Offender, IT IS ORDERED that the Judgment on this traffic citation be deferred and the offender be placed on driving probation under the following terms: 1. Attend and complete a defensive driving course (Information is attached regarding available courses.) 2. Do not receive a traffic citation during the period of driving probation. 3. Return to Court with a Certificate of completing the required school on . Full compliance with the Consent Order is an opportunity to have the traffic offender's ticket dismissed, and this Order shall be strictly complied with before the next Court date regardless of illness, business, or personal obligations or difficulties. Failure to comply with this Order will result in a Guilty Verdict and penalty of a fine and the reporting of the conviction to the Tennessee Department of Safety. Upon successful completion of driving probation under the terms of this Order, the traffic ticket will be dismissed at cost.
