Following the disposition hearing the Court found that the protection of the child and the public requires that the child be placed on months, or until his eighteenth birthday. The juvenile probation for a period of Court further finds that the protection of the child and the public requires that a curfew be imposed in this matter. It is the Order of the Court that beginning the _________ day of ____________ __________________________, 20_____, until midnight on the ____________ day of __________________________, 20_____, ____________________________________, shall strictly comply with and obey the following curfew: It is ORDERED that the child be in his/her home at all times except when attending school and can only leave his/her home when accompanied by a parent or guardian, except for a church function or a school activity such as an athletic contest and then only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
