Court Ordered Curfew

Following the disposition hearing the Court found that the protection of the child and the public requires that the child be placed on months, or until his eighteenth birthday. The juvenile probation for a period of Court further finds that the protection of the child and the public requires that a curfew be imposed in this matter. It is further ORDERED that the parent(s) or guardian shall not allow the child, the parent(s) or guardian shall not give the child permission, or the parent(s) or guardian shall not acquiesce in the child being absent from the home in violation of this order of curfew. This order of curfew cannot be changed or modified by the parent(s) or guardian of the child or the Juvenile Probation Officer without written consent of the Court.
