WAIVER OF TRIAL COURT'S ATTENDANCE DURING VOIR DIRE AND THE RECORDING OF THE VOIR DIRE The defendant having reviewed with his/her attorney the right to have a judge present during jury selection does hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive the judge's presence. The defendant having reviewed with his/her attorney the right to have the jury selection recorded does hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive the need to record the jury selection.
