Respondent At a proceeding before this court held on , in which the Petitioner appeared personally and by attorney, , Esq. and the Respondent appeared personally and by attorney, , Esq. and the interests of the infant issue of the parties having been represented by his Designated Law Guardian, , Esq. and the said Designated Law Guardian having moved this Court for certain forms of relief at said Appearance, and the Parties and their attorneys having been on heard said requests and after due deliberation thereon, it is ORDERED, that evaluations of the following child and parties: Name , Ph.D. is appointed to conduct forensic Relationship and shall submit a report, if necessary to the Court by , 20 ; and it is further ORDERED, that compensation for the forensic evaluations and any court appearances shall be paid proportionately to the ration of adult parties evaluated and child[ren] evaluated. If the adult party has assigned counsel, the expert shall be compensated for the adult's proportional share of the evaluation pursuant to Article 18-B, Section 722-c of the County Law. If the adult party does not have assigned counsel, the adult party shall compensate the expert for his or her proportional share of the evaluation on or before and shall deposit with said expert a retainer of $ per party on or before . The child's portion of the evaluation shall be paid by the Law Guardian Program of the Fourth Department pursuant to Section 35 of the Judiciary Law.
