Designated Address of Permittee Upon Terms of Payment as Follows, To-Wit: The above order constitutes the estimated annual requirements of the permittee, and it is understood that the permittee is not obligated to purchase the entire amount set forth in this order, but only so much thereof as may be directed by said permittee to be shipped on future shipment permits, and the permittee agrees to pay only for so much thereof as may be shipped on its order and then in accordance with the price agreed upon at the time of delivery. It is also agreed by all parties hereto that this order may be cancelled at any time by any party thereto by written notice to that effect.
