14.280 Condemnation; View of Premises (This charge should be used only when the jury has been allowed to view the condemned property.) You have been permitted to view the condemned property and the remaining property of the defendant. Please remember that condemnation is fixed as of the date of the taking whether the property looks the same now or not. Your verdict must be based on sworn testimony. You may apply any information gained from viewing the premises to the sworn testimony, but you may not use your own conclusions from viewing the premises in place of sworn testimony.
