I was appointed Conservator/Guardian of the Estate on ____________________________________. 2. For the period beginning ______________________________ through __________________________, the Estate has met ALL of the requirements of Probate Code Section 2628(b) in that: a. the estate, at the beginning and end of the accounting period for which an accounting is otherwise required, consisted of property, exclusive of the residence of the conservatee/minor, of a total net value of less than $ 15,,000.00; and b. the income of the estate for each month of the accounting period, exclusive of public benefit payments, was less than $2,000.00; and c. all of the income of the estate during the accounting period, if not retained, was spent for the benefit of the conservatee/minor. 3.
