NOTICE OF DECLARATORY CANCELLATION OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AGREEMENT Minn. Stat. 559.217, subd. 4 (without right to cure) YOU ARE NOTIFIED: Minnesota Uniform Conveyancing Blanks Form 110.1.2 (2011) 1.
