In the event the Superior Court is not in session at the time such child/children is/are taken into custody, you shall place the child/children in the care, custody and control of the Department of Social and Health Services until such time as this matter may be heard on the next day on which the Superior Court is in session. THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES IS HEREBY COMMANDED to take custody of the child/children from law enforcement and place the child/children into protective custody until such time as this matter may be heard by the Superior Court. The Department of Social and Health Services shall only release the child/children to the County Sheriff or any other peace officer of the State of Washington acting pursuant to this Writ or, upon a further Order of this Court, to a person specifically authorized to receive the care, custody and control of the child/children.
