Services provided during non-business hours and/or on evenings and weekends by certified interpreters will be compensated at the rate of $75.00 per hour for the first two hours with a maximum amount of $156.56 for ½ day session for any consecutive four-hour period. Services provided on evenings and weekends by non-certified interpreters will be compensated at the rate of $50.00 per hour for the first two hours with a maximum amount of $92.00 for ½ day session for any consecutive four-hour period. (Rates for registered and non-registered Exotic Languages are to be individually determined by the court.) A 2% Administrative Processing Fee will be deducted.
