The services of said interpreter shall not exceed _____________ hours without further court order. During normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.) any portion of a ½ day session (consecutive four-hour period) is to be compensated at the rate of $156.56 for one-half day for certified interpreters and $92.00 per half day for non-certified interpreters. (Rates for registered and non-registered Exotic Languages are to be individually determined by the court.) Services provided during non-business hours and/or on evenings and weekends by certified interpreters will be compensated at the rate of $75.00 per hour for the first two hours with a maximum amount of $156.56 for ½ day session for any consecutive four-hour period. Services provided on evenings and weekends by non-certified interpreters will be compensated at the rate of $50.00 per hour for the first two hours with a maximum amount of $92.00 for ½ day session for any consecutive four-hour period. (Rates for registered and non-registered Exotic Languages are to be individually determined by the court.) A 2% Administrative Processing Fee will be deducted.
