Description
CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE FORM FOR ELECTRONIC FILINGS. This form is used when electronically filing a document with the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit via the CM/ECF (Case Management/Electronic Case Files) system. It certifies that the filer has submitted the document electronically on a specified date. If all parties or their counsel of record are registered ECF Filers (users of the CM/ECF system), the form lists their names to confirm they will receive electronic service through the system. If any parties are not registered as ECF Filers, the form also certifies that on a specified date, the filer served a copy of the document on those parties or their counsel of record using methods such as hand delivery, U.S. mail, or a commercial carrier for expedited delivery. www.FormsWorkflow.com
