APPLICATION TO RETAIN PROFESSIONAL(S). This form is used in the New York Supreme Court, County of Westchester, for a Guardian to request court authorization to retain professional services for an incapacitated person (IP) or person in need of a guardian (PING). The Guardian can request professionals such as an accountant, auctioneer, appraiser, real estate broker, or other specified professionals.
