Pursuant to section 607.0403, Florida Statutes, the requirements for renewing a foreign corporate name registration in the state of Florida are listed below. The renewal application for foreign corporate name registration printed on the reverse side must be completed in its entirety and submitted between October 1 and December 31 preceding the year of renewal. Fees: Renewal Filing fee Certified Copy (optional) $ 87.50 $ 8.75 (plus $1 per page for each page over 8, not to exceed a maximum of $52.50). Send one check for the total amount made payable to the Department of State. Please be sure to include a cover letter with your application and check. A letter of acknowledgment is issued free of charge upon renewal. The filing of a renewal application renews the registration for the following calendar year.
