Findings 2.1 Agreed extended foster care The youth: agrees, to participate in the extended foster care program; is dependent and 18 years of age; and on the youth222s 18th birthday: was not able to engage in any of the activities described below due to a documented medical condition. was enrolled in a secondary education program (or its equivalency); or was enrolled and participating in a postsecondary academic or vocational education program or has applied for and demonstrated that he or she intends to timely enroll in a postsecondary academic or vocational program; or was participating in a program or activity designed to promote employment or remove barriers to employment. was employed for 80 hours or more per month. 2.2 Child222s Indian status: On this date On , the court asked each participant on the record whether the participant knows or has reason to know the child is an Indian child.
