In compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 or HIPAA , t he c ourt v isitor must have access , without further release or liability, to all relevant information regarding the r espondent including, but not limited to, psychiatric, psychological, drug, alcohol, medical, law enforcement, school, social services, financial reports, evaluations, and ot her information .
