DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTOCOL: If you are or have been a victim of domestic violence perpetrated by the other party, you may bring a support person to the FCS appointment and/or you may elect to meet alone with the child custody recommending counselor. (Support persons may not include significant others or persons who may be called as witnesses in your case.) PERSONS NOT PERMITTED AT CHILD CUSTODY RECOMMENDING COUNSELING: Parents shall not bring their children to child custody recommending counseling unless specifically directed by the Court or FCS to do so, nor may they be accompanied by any third persons who may be disruptive to the child custody recommending counseling.
