Description
SPONSOR’S MOTION AND CERTIFICATION - APPLICANT’S FAMILIARITY WITH RULES - OATH OF ADMISSION. This form is used for the admission of an attorney to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The applicant's name is entered on the form. The sponsor, who is a member of the bar of the Third Circuit, moves for the admission of the attorney and certifies that the attorney meets the necessary qualifications and has good private and professional character. The sponsor's signature is required, and if the sponsor is a judge, it should be indicated on the form. There is an option for the applicant to request a sponsor from the Circuit Clerk's Office. The form also includes a section where the applicant affirms familiarity with the relevant rules and procedures of the court. Additionally, there is an oath of admission that the applicant must take before a Notary Public or an authorized person, and the applicant's signature is required. The form concludes with the signature of the Notary or authorized person administering the oath. This form must be uploaded with any application for admission submitted electronically through PACER. www.FormsWorkflow.com
