Description
REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT. If oral argument is not requested within 10 days after notice, the court will deem argument waived by the parties. Please complete this form and file it through TrueFiling with PROOF OF SERVICE ON OPPOSING COUNSEL. Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.256(c), and unless the court expressly orders otherwise, only one counsel may argue for each separately represented party. Please note that oral argument will be scheduled if any party requests it. A party that requests oral argument may later waive argument and the matter will taken off calendar, unless another party has also requested argument. Please also note that if the court issues a tentative opinion and you have not previously requested argument, you may not request it for the first time after the tentative opinion (Local Rule 15). When a date is set for oral argument, you will be asked at that time to notify the court whether you will appear in-person or remotely. www.FormsWorkflow.com
