Description
STIPULATION FOR USE OF ORIGINAL SUPERIOR COURT FILE IN LIEU OF CLERK'S TRANSCRIPT. This form allows the entire original file of the Superior Court to be used by the appellate court in place of a Clerk's Transcript being prepared. This document is typically used when the parties agree that the original file of the Superior Court is sufficient for the appeal, and the expense and time required to prepare a transcript are not necessary. If the Supreme Court later demands that a Clerk's Transcript be prepared, the Appellant agrees to pay for the costs of producing the transcript. Both the Appellant and Respondent must sign the stipulation, and their attorneys may also be listed. www.FormsWorkflow.com
