Description
DV-131-M - REQUEST TO MODIFY PROTECTIVE ORDERS (MULTIPLE PETITIONERS). This form should be used if you want to change existing domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking protective orders. If you want to extend the protective orders as part of your changes, use DV-132. If you want to end the protective orders, use DV-133. This request, by itself, does not change the terms of the protective orders. All parties must follow the existing protective orders until a judge changes them in writing. If you fail to appear for a hearing about this request, the judge may deny your request. Civ. R. 65.1, AS 18.66.100-.990; 18.65.850-.870 www.FormsWorkflow.com.
