SUPPORT COMPLAINT FORM. This form is used in the Genesee County Friend of the Court by an individual to report issues related to the enforcement of a child support order. This form allows the complainant to inform the Friend of the Court that the other party (the payer) is not fulfilling their support obligations, either by not making payments or making only partial payments. The form collects detailed information about the payer, including their occupation, employer, income sources, and social media accounts, to assist the Friend of the Court in locating the payer and enforcing the support order. It also asks for any additional information that might help in locating or identifying the payer, such as their hangouts, friends, family, or distinguishing features. Once submitted, the Friend of the Court will review the complaint and respond within 30 days.
