RW-08 -- CERTIFICATION OF NOTICE UNDER Pa. O.C. Rule 10.5. This form is used by the Register of Wills of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in estate administration. It certifies that notice of estate administration, as required by Pa. O.C. Rule 10.5 of the Orphans’ Court Rules, has been served or mailed to the beneficiaries of the estate.
