COMPLAINT FOR VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL OF LAND FROM THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM (G.L. c. 185, § 52). This form is used by landowners in the Massachusetts Land Court to remove their land from the state’s land registration system under General Laws c. 185, § 52. The form requires the identification of the registered land by Certificate of Title and Land Court Plan number, an executed Notice of Voluntary Withdrawal, and a description of the land being withdrawn. Supporting documentation must be provided to substantiate the claim. The form must be signed under penalty of perjury and include contact information for the plaintiffs or their attorney. www.FormsWorkflow.com
