ORDER OF REFERENCE TO FRIEND OF THE COURT FOR SUPPORT INVESTIGATION. This form is used in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court, Family Division in Michigan to refer a case to the Friend of the Court (FOC) for investigation and recommendations regarding child support and/or spousal support.
