MC 14 - GARNISHEE DISCLOSURE. This form is used in Michigan by a garnishee (usually an employer or financial institution) to report to the court and involved parties regarding the garnishment of a judgment debtor's funds or periodic payments. This form must be completed and submitted within 14 days of receiving the writ of garnishment.
