Form MC 83 - REPORT OF COLLECTION ACTIVITY UNDER ORDER TO SEIZE PROPERTY. This form is used in the State of Michigan judicial system to report the collection activity under an Order to Seize Property. When a court orders the seizure of a defendant's property to satisfy a judgment, the officer responsible for executing the seizure must file this report with the court. The report must be submitted within 14 days of either the return date or when the judgment is satisfied, whichever happens first. The form begins with a Certificate of Service of Order to Seize Property, which confirms that the officer received and served the order to seize property on the defendant or their agent, specifying the method and date of service.
