Description

ORDER REOPENING CHAPTER 13 CASE WITHOUT APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE FOR COMPLETION OF DISCHARGE PROCESS. This form is used to reopen a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case to allow the debtor to complete the necessary steps for obtaining a discharge. The court orders the case to be reopened for the purpose of permitting the debtor to file required documents, including a statement regarding the applicability of 11 U.S.C. §522(q), a certification concerning the debtor’s domestic support obligations (DSO), and a certification of completion of the personal financial management instructional course. The form also allows for the filing of any objections to these documents and their resolution. If appropriate, the court will then proceed with granting or denying the discharge. The form specifies that no trustee will be appointed during this process unless required by further orders of the court. After the discharge decision is made, the case will be closed again. www.FormsWorkflow.com
