EDC 3-650 (Web version) - NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF BANKRUPTCY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM. This form informs parties involved in adversary proceedings, contested matters, and other disputes in a bankruptcy case are eligible for referral to the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Program (BDRP) established by General Order 95-1. The notice states that, unless otherwise ordered by the judge, most bankruptcy-related disputes can be referred to the BDRP, except for cases involving employment and compensation of professionals, trustee and examiner compensation, objections to discharge under 11 U.S.C. §727, except where such objections are joined with disputes over dischargeability of debts under 11 U.S.C. §523, and contempt or sanction-related matters. It is the responsibility of the parties to initiate participation in the BDRP by submitting an order (using Form EDC 6-610) to the court, selecting a Resolution Advocate to mediate the dispute. The notice also provides contact information for BDRP-related inquiries and directs parties to available resources, including General Order 95-1, BDRP forms, and a list of Resolution Advocates. www.FormsWorkflow.com
