Application of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. All Rules of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure shall apply in this case. 4. Mediation. The parties are to mediate this case prior to trial. The Mediation Conference shall be conducted pursuant to Chapter 44, Florida Statutesand Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.750. The Mediation Conference shall be conducted by a mediator certified by the State and appointed by the Hillsborough County Civil Diversion Program.
