Description
SC-6027 - ORDER GRANTING EX PARTE REQUEST TO DISPENSE WITH ACCOUNTINGS AND BOND. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara, to grant an ex parte request for dispensing with accountings and bond requirements in guardianship or conservatorship cases. It indicates that the court has reviewed the petition and found that the conditions set forth in the Probate Code § 2628(a) are met. The order allows the guardian or conservator to forgo future accountings and bond requirements as long as those conditions remain satisfied. However, if those conditions are no longer met, the guardian or conservator must present an accounting as required. The form also instructs the guardian or conservator to notify the court investigator of any significant changes to estate assets that could affect future accounting needs.
