Description
SC-6026 - EX PARTE REQUEST FOR ORDER DISPENSING WITH ACCOUNTINGS AND BOND. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara, for guardians or conservators to request an order dispensing with the requirement for future accountings and bond. It applies when managing the estate of a minor or conservatee. The petitioner provides information about the estate’s assets, income, and whether the estate includes a residence or bank account. If the estate's value is under $15,000 (excluding the minor's or conservatee's residence) and the conditions of Probate Code § 2628(a) are met, the court may waive future accounting and the bond requirement. The petitioner must declare that all income was used for the benefit of the minor or conservatee and provide any additional relevant information. The petitioner signs the form under penalty of perjury, requesting the court's approval for the order. www.FormsWorkflow.com
