APP-012, STIPULATION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE BRIEF (CIVIL CASE) (Appellate), this form is used to tell the Court of Appeal that all the parties in an appeal in a civil case have agreed to give one of the parties more time to file a brief. Notice: Please read Judicial Council form APP-001 before completing this form. Before a brief is due, parties may extend the time to file the brief up to a maximum of 60 days by filing one or more stipulations. However, parties may not stipulate to extend the time to file a brief if the court has previously granted an application to extend the time to file the brief.
