This information sheet tells you about how to use Respondent’s Brief—Limited Civil Case (form APP-201) to draft a respondent's brief in a limited civil case. A “limited civil case” is a civil case that involves an amount of $35,000 or less. If your case involves more than $35,000, your case is an “unlimited civil case” and you cannot use form APP-201.
