REQUEST FOR WAIVER. This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia to ask the court to waive the requirement of submitting the creditor mailing matrix on a flash drive as required by Local Bankruptcy Rule (LBR) 1007-1. Instead, the debtor is requesting permission to submit the mailing matrix in a hard-copy scannable format due to financial hardship or lack of access to the necessary equipment.
