CCDR 0032 - ORDER OF ADJUDICATION OF INDIRECT CIVIL CONTEMPT AND / OR ORDER OF COMMITMENT. This is an order in a domestic relations case in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois directed towards a contemnor, who is accused of failing to comply with a court order entered on a specific date directing them to do something. The court finds that the contemnor has willfully failed to comply with the order and that their conduct has impaired the rights and interests of the petitioner/respondent and obstructed the court in its administration of justice. As a result, the court orders the contemnor to be committed to the Cook County Jail until they purge themselves of contempt by complying with the order, or by posting bail with the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
