L1270, - ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) STIPULATION. This is form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Orange and is an agreement between the plaintiff/petitioner and defendant/respondent to use a specific ADR process to resolve their dispute. The parties agree to either mediation or arbitration, and specify the code if arbitration is selected. The ADR process must be completed within 90 days of the date of the stipulation or the date the case was referred, whichever is sooner. The form also indicates whether an approved fee waiver is attached and if the selected ADR Neutral(s) are eligible to provide pro bono services.
