L-1068, STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR EXHIBITS AND RECEIPT FOR RECORDS (CIVIL), IT IS STIPULATED by the parties to this action, personally or by counsel if represented, that the clerk will return exhibits to the party who offered them whether or not the exhibit was received into evidence or only marked for identification. All such exhibits must be maintained by counsel or self-represented party until the time for appeal has expired. All exhibits must be kept in a safe and secure location.
