Speakers Reunion Day Report {SPK-RD}

FORM SPK-RD - SPEAKER’S REUNION DAY REPORT. This form is used to record contributions and expenditures for a Speaker’s Reunion Day ceremony as required by Texas Government Code Chapter 303. The designated chairman is responsible for filing the report, which includes a summary of contributions and expenditures. Contributions over $100 must be detailed in Schedule A, while smaller contributions are aggregated. Expenditures over $100 are itemized in Schedule F, with smaller amounts reported in total. Final reports must be filed within 60 days of the ceremony, and supplemental reports are required if any debt remains.
