DLC 4258 - DUPLICATE BAR APPLICATION. A liquor permit holder that can sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption can sell those alcoholic beverages from up to two (2) fixed bars at the issued permit location. A fixed bar is a bar that is in some way anchored into the physical structure. This could include a bar that is electrically wired or plumbed into the structure. This form MUST be submitted for EACH additional fixed bar location the permit holder wants to sell alcoholic beverages from for on-premises consumption at its permit location—one application equals one additional fixed bar. Each duplicate bar permit allows the permit holder to sell the same alcoholic beverages on the same days and times that the permit holder is otherwise allowed to sell under its master bar permit.
