RI-CI028 - STIPULATION TO ALLOW TRIAL JUDGE TO CONDUCT SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside when both parties in a case and their attorneys agree to have the assigned judge or commissioner conduct a settlement conference. The Parties and their attorneys waive any conflict for this judicial officer to conduct the MSC. The Parties and their attorneys further stipulate that should this matter not resolve at the MSC, this judicial officer shall be allowed to continue to preside over their case whether it be a Jury or Bench Trial. The Parties and their attorneys also stipulate that in conducting this settlement conference, the judicial officer may meet with one Party/Attorney outside the presence of other Parties/Attorneys.
