RI-CI034 - ORDER ON CLAIM OF RIGHT TO POSSESSION. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, in cases involving disputes over possession of real property in unlawful detainer (eviction) proceedings. It documents the court's ruling on a claimant's assertion of a right to possess the property in question. The court may grant or deny the claim based on the evidence presented. If granted, the claimant may be added as a defendant, given time to respond or pay rent, or deemed served with relevant notices.
