RI-CI021 - APPLICATION FOR ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF SUMMONS/CITATION/NOTICE OF HEARING AND ORDER. This form is used to request a court order allowing service of a summons, citation, or notice of hearing by publication when other methods of service have failed. The applicant must show that they have made diligent efforts to serve the document through traditional methods and explain why service by publication is necessary.
