RI-TR008 - CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside by defendants who have received citations for correctable violations. The form must be taken to an authorized agency, such as a law enforcement officer or an authorized inspection/installation station agent, to verify that the violations have been corrected. Once signed off, the defendant can submit the form online with a submission fee or mail it to the court where they were cited. Upon receipt of proof of correction and payment of a $25 transaction fee per violation, the court will dismiss the violation.
