The Family Court Services Manager may approve the option of participating in the Child Custody Recommending Counseling appointment remotely for good cause as determined by the Family Court Services Manager (for example, if a party lives outside of Southern California or if a party is incarcerated at the time of the appointment). Requests to appear remotely for Child Custody Recommending Counseling shall be submitted to the Family Court Services Department a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the appointment.
