JD-CV-23 - POST JUDGMENT REMEDIES INTERROGATORIES. This form is used in Connecticut by a judgment creditor to discover information about a judgment debtor’s assets that could potentially be used to satisfy an outstanding judgment. This form is sent to individuals or entities that may possess information regarding the debtor’s assets.
