Response To Motion {DR-725}

DR-725 - RESPONSE TO MOTION TO CHANGE PARENTING PLAN (Custody) OR CHILD SUPPORT. This form is used in Alaska’s Superior Court by a party (usually a parent) who is responding to a motion filed by the other parent seeking changes to the existing parenting plan or child support order. This form allows the responding parent to either agree with the proposed changes or disagree with them and provide reasons for their disagreement. If the parent disagrees with the motion, they must explain why and may attach any necessary supporting documentation. The form also requires the responding parent to provide their contact information and employment details, if applicable. The responding parent must swear an oath or affirmation to confirm the truthfulness of their statements and file a Certificate of Service, which confirms they have provided the other party or their attorney with a copy of the response and any supporting documents.
