DR-710 - NOTICE OF MOTION TO CHANGE PARENTING PLAN OR CHILD SUPPORT. This form is used in Alaska's Superior Court to inform the other parent that a motion has been filed requesting a change in the existing custody (parenting plan) or child support order. The notice provides the other parent with important details, including their right to respond to the motion within a specified time frame (13 days if mailed, 10 days if hand-delivered or emailed).
